📦 Order Processing

 

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Preorders, custom items, and vendor-event purchases may require additional processing time. Estimated turnaround times will be stated in the product description.
  • Orders are shipped in the order they are received.


🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship via USPS and/or other major carriers.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Grace & Grit Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been shipped.

 

📍 Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Returned packages due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees to reship.

 

📬 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Grace & Grit Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

 

🎪 Local Pickup / Delivery (If Offered)

  • Local pickup or local delivery options (when available) will be clearly stated at checkout or during vendor events.
  • Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.
  • Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be refunded or restocked at our discretion.


 

🔄 Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If an item is returned due to refusal, failed delivery, or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
